"First off, not the most convenient location. The hallway carpeting has an old musty/ mouldy smell. Despite being told that it was brand new. Asked to change room, but staff was not very helpful. Window in the room was cracked. Breakfast was the only good thing about the stay."

"BIG problems with AC, on entire 5th floor....known to staff. We were booked 3 nights. 2 nights struggling with warm room. First evening we phoned to front desk to complain of warm room, with no actual help except "our computer shows it is working". Finally on 2nd afternoon, after 4 calls and 1 and ..."
