"Room was clean-ish. Staff was nowhere to be found. Pool is seasonal, I knew that but the gym was inaccessible as the access was through the office and no one was in the office most of the time so it was locked. The owners should change their amenities to reflect what they have and what they don’t off season"

"The hotel is doing Reno’s. We had to come back to check in as our room wasn’t ready. Staff was very nice. Stayed for 2 days and our room didn’t get cleaned on the second day. Front check in and out staff was excellent. "

"We don't have pets due to allergies & asthma so appreciate having pet free rooms. Restaurants & shops are only about 5 minute drive away. Rooms are always clean."

"We booked for my mother in laws 91st birthday and will probably book a different hotel next time. The 5 pm check in time is ridiculous. We live in town and get a hotel a couple times a year in town. We booked watermark and asked for an early check in. We were told twice it shouldn’t be a big deal as it’s still slow season. We showed up at 3 and were told the room wasn’t ready but they will get right on it. We left and picked up MIL and came back about an hour later and it still wasn’t ready. We were willing to pay for an early check I "
