"Upon arriving, there was a work crew pressure blasting paint off the building. It was loud & directly below the 1st room we were given, so we asked to be moved. Our new room was quieter during the day, but it was near the employee smoking area, so cigarette stink often wafted into our "nonsmoking" room. Also, in the evenings, noise from the restaurant disrupted our sleep until the wee hours. Calling reception to ask when the party in the hotel-owned restaurant would be winding down, we were told...
