"I wonder how you consider it as 5 star hotel and the truth is not even 1 star, carpet very dirty, bed condition very old, room and bathroom smells bad, light very low. I fell sorry how ministry of tourism rates this hotel as 5 star, and I am sure they never come again and check the hotel condition. In the future I will check the room before check in and that what I did today in Spence. The front disk lady was very nice and good pleased her otherwise I will never go again, nor recommend this...

"Location and surroundings are good. I paid for pool view roam but the hotel said we gave all thw pool view roam to toehr guests!!!! What an unprofessional indecent thing to do. They even did not apologize and said take another roam.!!! Expedia compensated me thankfully ..but be careful from what you are paying for and what they give you...the hotel tried to fool me and said you paid for pool sode ..i showed him the reservation and it said pool view...for me i will not book in this jotel...
