Welcome to Oshkosh. This beautifully updated character home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, just 4 minutes from downtown Oshkosh and about 12 minutes from the EAA grounds.



It's been carefully maintained and upgraded throughout, with brand-new, super comfortable beds, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and original hardwood floors. It's a comfortable, convenient home base for AirVenture, work trips, family visits and Oshkosh getaways.



The Space:

This charming character home pairs original details with thoughtful updates, so it feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in.



The updated kitchen has new cabinets and everything you need to cook, including a crockpot and an Instant Pot for easy meals. It opens to the dining room, which flows into a spacious living room with beautiful original hardwood floors and great decor, a perfect spot to relax and spend time together.



The bedrooms are generously sized, with walk-in closets and brand-new, super comfortable beds. An updated bathroom rounds out the home.



Outside, the yard has a gas grill for summer cookouts, and the driveway has plenty of room for parking. Fast WiFi makes it easy to stream, work remotely or plan your next day out.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, yard and driveway.



This is a self-check-in property, so you can come and go as you please. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood that's great for walks, and downtown Oshkosh is only about 4 minutes away.



Downtown, start your morning at New Moon Cafe or Elsewhere Market & Coffee House on Main Street, or grab breakfast at Planet Perk or Pilora's Cafe. For dinner, Truffle Pig serves classic Italian food and wood-fired pizza, and the Ruby Owl Tap Room and Water City Pub are fun spots for drinks.



On Saturday mornings from late spring through October, the Oshkosh Farmers Market fills North Main Street. You can also catch a show at the historic Grand Oshkosh, walk the Riverwalk along the Fox River, or enjoy a summer concert at the Leach Amphitheater. Families will love Menominee Park on Lake Winnebago, home to the Menominee Park Zoo and a children's amusement area.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are available for trips around Oshkosh and the Fox Valley. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during AirVenture or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early.



A car is the easiest way to explore the area, and the driveway has plenty of parking space. Downtown Oshkosh, the EAA grounds and the lakefront are all a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be considerate of the neighbors, especially outdoors and after 10:00 PM.



Please use the gas grill with care. Never leave it unattended, and let it cool completely after use.



As a character home, it has some of the charm and original details that come with an older property, along with modern updates throughout.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.

We want you to feel welcome and well taken care of during your stay. With self check-in and the whole house to yourself, you can come and go as you please and enjoy Oshkosh at your own pace.
