"This property was older, but some parts had been remodeled. The furniture was a little dated, but that doesn’t bother me when I see how clean the room and bathroom was. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. We stay in a lot of hotel rooms and I was impressed. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well, but most of that probably has to do with rural Missouri. I’m from Missouri myself and we were in town for a funeral."

"If you are looking for a nice clean cabin with lots of access to water and conservative lands as well as private land to hike and explore this is the perfect place, not far off the highway, easy to get to. The bed is very comfortable as well."
"She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Such a cozy cabin, located close to great restaurants, and she even encouraged my grandson and I to fish off her dock. We ended the trip with a fish fry. She went out of her way to make sure all utensils, pots, plans, plates and everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend, and can’t wait to visit again soon, thank you!!!"
"I wasn’t sure my wife would like this minimalist property but the cabin basically has everything you need. Beds are comfy but be aware you have to be nimble to move into these spaces. We saw turkey and deer in the morning and enjoyed the outdoors. We would definitely stay again."
