The remodel job on the rooms was well done. The tub needs a mat or treatment to prevent being slippery but thats an easy fix. Front desk staff were wonderful. For families the convenience of the McDonalds right next door and the 24 hour mini mart at the chevron gas station across the street, which has reasonable prices for coffee, hot chocolate and snacks is super helpful.

The busy Wilshire traffic could barely be heard from my room and I was able to sleep well. The location is perfect for a Westwood visit. The room was comfortable and most of the staff were exceptional.
The only problem was parking on arrival. The driveway was too full for me to park and they require check in before you can park. It was stressful for me to wait in line to check in, knowing that my car was blocking others arriving behind me. I wish I could park and then get a voucher to use afterwards, like other hotels where I have stayed. Otherwise, I enjoy staying here.

"We didn’t have hot water, Well call front desk and wait 45 minutes to get someone on the phone, I asked for a chair and they answered was I don’t think we don’t have more chair available. First time I was really upset with the service, they don’t clean the room every day"
