Beautiful property! We were lucky enough to stay there during their 2nd birthday celebrations. Everything is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

We choose Idobata room which is very large. Pretty happy because it is very close to train station that has elevator to the train platform to Kansai airport

Kids and I loved the room, very clean and fun. Loved the free takoyaki. If I could suggest one thing it would be to have a coffee shop with great coffee. Otherwise had a great stay, thank you!

Amazing view of the city. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Right next to a station which is only 2 stops from Namba where Dotonbori is located.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood which the gps cannot find. The taxi driver’s gps sent us to a quiet neighbourhood behind the hotel. :( We booked a corner room with big windows and we both love the views. The room is pretty spacious with a couch which can be converted to a sofa bed. I like the tatami flooring which give the room a feel of ryokan than a western hotel. Wish the toilet has a sink in it instead of having to walk to the bathroom area to wash hands. Overall, we love the room a lot. As for the breakfast, wish the hotel change the menu a bit. For two consecutive days, the menu was the same. :(

The hotel calls itself a resort. I am not quite sure to consider it a resort. It has no swimming pool nor spa, though it has a public bath. The public bath needs to pay ¥1,000 to use the facility though. The public bath is a separate building from the main building. We stayed during the winter and it is quite cold to walk from the main building to the public bath. We in the family suite which has 4 separate partitions so all four of us have our own corners. We all have our privacy though we are all in the same room. We all like the big dining table where we can eat and chat. The only problem we all have is the toilet has no sink to wash our hands. The sinks are located in the bathroom which is on the other end of the room. This the reason why I give this property 4 stars.

It was a very comfortable with room spacious enough for my kids to play around. The hotel is also located at a very convenient location that has many eateries and shopping malls within walking distance. The shuttle service to USJ was an added bonus as it reduced our need to travel to USJ via public transport. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay at OMO7 Osaka and highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable yet quirky experience.

Hoshino Resort in Nishinari Ward? Wow
This area used to be massive ghetto area, but after Hoshino Resort established great quality hotel facility here, the close vicinity began to make massive improvement on the image of urban entertainment in this city. The facility have massive activities that I really enjoyed during my stay. Large outdoor relaxing area with bars and fire pits during special events, and the bath is great! I booked the kitchenette suit room at the top floor; the view was astonishing and priceless. Breakfast meals are very great lineup and quality that I enjoyed locally specialized ingredients along with choices of continental Breakfast menu at buffet. I will definitely come back here on the next trip!

This ended up being our favorite hotel of our trip to Japan. The hotel was stunning and well kept. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful. Location was not my favorite. Next time I would prefer to stay in Dontonbori as it is more central but all in all we loved this hotel!

Had a great stay here, every detail was well thought out. It’s more of a resort than hotel, so everything is self service here. Very Short walk to Shin-Imamiya station that is only one stop away from Namba. We also took the AirPort Express train from this station. The neighborhood can feel quite dingy, but it is safe nevertheless, with lots of good food options around. We really appreciated the shuttle bus service to and from USJ! Overall very family oriented place and I can imagine families enjoying OMO7 a lot and having many activities to do everyday.

夜になるとホテルの広い芝生広場でイベントが開催され、大人も子どもも楽しめました！ 子ども連れの家族がほとんどで、子どもが泊まりやすいホテルでとても良かったです！ 部屋はコンパクトだけど、2段ベッドに子ども達は大喜び！ 大浴場も別料金ですが、とても広くて湯加減も２つあって素晴らしかったです！ また泊まりたいホテルです！
