Great location fits the bill.
We were looking for a good value location and the Seagul Palace is ideal with many of Osaka’s sights in walking distance and easy access to Metro and JR. Knowing Japan quite well, our expectations on accommodation size meant no surprises with the compact room being nice and quiet, a functional bathroom and washing machine all efficiently included within it. Fridge and microwave handy, however only mugs for drinks as kitchen utensils. Very comfortable and quiet overall, although as everyone also notes and is pretty standard in ‘weekly mansion’ style accommodation, pillows have no support. Easy to get round with a jacket or the likes folded and placed underneath for better support overall. Staff very friendly and supportive. Again as norm, early check in is chargeable, although they are happy to store bags whilst waiting, and within reception opening hours. Enjoyed stay very much.

Happy travellers.
Amazing guest house. Great location, short walk to two metro stations. Away from busy part of city,but short trip and you are in the thick of it all. Large shopping centre just down the road and 7 eleven next door. All the amenities in the room, washing machine, bathroom dryer for clothes and microwave all went to make a very comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every day. The staff really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. We will definitely be back to stay here next trip to Osaka.

Great space with own kitchen. Very secure and safe as we were able to leave our bags with reception and they moved them to the room after check in. Nice and quiet. Great value.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. You will have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station, but it's totally worth it.

We arrived at Tennoji station 11.30pm by train from kansai airport, took a taxi from there coz we have luggage, taxi fare within 1000yen. Didn’t face any problem for check-in. The bed was comfortable, most importantly we had a table and chairs for two. We like the room very much, well equipped!

Very convenient location for general tourism in Osaka Very clean and spacious unit and in a quite and safe neighberhood. You must try great Japanese food cooked in front of you at Nico restaurant across the street.

I have microwave , gas stove, fridge and washing machine in my room. well, I didn't expecting they are in the room. even I didn't have time to use all of them but it is very convenience. Location is just good.not too far from main Tennoji Station, it is close to Abeno Metro station but still a few mins away walk- It is not far but because I am traveled with 65 years old mum, everything seems far for me :-) , 7/11 is right the back of the property.

Hotel was clean spacious and had everything you need. Close to subway station. Lots of food around locally and a great little izakaya just around the corner. Staff are friendly and speak English. Would stay here again.

This apartment is close to the Abeno station by walking around 3-5 min. It might be a bit hard to find as a few signs on the street, but with a google app everything is just a piece of cake. When booking the room, the apartment will send the code and how to access to your room by mail one month before. The system is simple to follow. Room is quite big with full of facilities like microwave, fridge, washing machine and so on. 30 sec walking to the 7-11 convenient store is really good point!

We liked the trust they had with late check-in and how quickly they washed towels and emptied garbage each morning! The shower/bath is awesome and the bar fridge is very handy. Reception were always friendly when we saw them in the morning and extremely helpful, going above and beyond if we needed anything. :) I recommend anyone visiting Osaka to stay here, very close to a Q Mall (coolest shop ever) and the train station.

I highly recommend everyone to stay at Seagull if you want to explore the city. AbenoHarukas, Shinsekai, America Mura and Dotomburivery are close by. The room is super clean. The bathroom is very nice, clean and shiny. 7/11 is also right behind the hotel. It’s only 7 mins walk to Abeno Station and 15 mins walk to Tennoji Station. Universal is about 35 mins by the train. Highly recommend!

This place is comfortable to stay near tram bus stop and Abeno station 5 mins walk. Staff very helpful and nice also easy self check-in even though i arrived so late just one thing that I disappointed I expect for cooking because i saw stoves but there are no kitchen tools except 1 knife

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment
Really great, clean apartment with two big beds, modern bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. We extended our stay because we enjoyed the place so much. It's walking distance from train stations and has several convenience stores nearby. Only downside is the wifi which can be slow at times.

Very convenient for travelers like us. Comfortable bed and the ofuro is very nice too! Has a mini kitchen and private laundry machine included. Highly recommend. As a matter of fact, I woukd totally go back again.
