we loved this property! It was the perfect location. Right in the middle of Dontonbori, most things we wanted to do and see were so close. Being right in the middle of Dontonbori you would expect noise but it was very quite.The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price I was very surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was pretty spacious compare the other rooms we stayed in while in japan. we are for sure staying here again for our next visit to osaka!

Great room! Wifi is really really bad, drops out consistently, speed drops to nothing randomly. The air conditioning also was similar, it would just not work half the time. Other than that, a fantastic hotel in a superb location

Hotel is in a great location - right in the middle of Dontaburi and easy to get around. The hotel was very clean - room and facilities were updated and modern. Buffet breakfast was a surprising hit with our family (hotel buffets are usually mediocre from my experience but food was terrific here - totally recommend, great way to start the day). Staff is very friendly … would give full marks for this hotel!

Nice hotel just a few steps from all the dining, shopping and nighlife options of Dotonbori. Comfortable rooms and the best breakfast buffet of any hotel we visited in Japan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only small negative is that it is in a walking area and you need to walk with luggage about a block to catch a cab.

Great area and room for the price. In the middle of great restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a very busy area, so can be difficult to get to with a roller bag during peak hours.

our bathroom stunk (like urine) when we checked in, reported it to the staff. They cleaned it again but the smell did not really go away, it smelled less though.

Excellent location with plenty to do around the hotel. Great room layout given the size. Getting to/from the hotel with luggage by foot is challenging due to the distance from Namba station and the crowds along the route. Would recommend for longer stays for this reason.

We stayed at 4 hotels in 2 weeks and this was probably the best (partly because Osaka is just so lovely). The room space was just nice for our family of 4 (Relax triple room) - not spacious but not cramped. The location is right smack in the middle of Dotonbori, walkable to quite a number of sight seeing & shopping places. Despite that, the room is insulated from any noise. There’s a great value for money buffet breakfast ¥1,800 per adult too.

The triple room was cramped and stuffy. The only two things ok with the property is that it is in the heart of Dotonbori and breakfast. We asked for scales to weigh our luggage and there was none. The Hotel could not book a taxi for us for our forward journey and they could not do that as well.

The location of the hotel was super convenient. Walk out the door and you’re in the middle of the street food action. We expected that the location would make it a noisier stay but we didn’t hear a thing inside our room. Having been to a few other cities in the country and hotels before this one, we were disappointed to see that the hotel was not as clean as the others before. And if you didn’t read this before, the area outside of the hotel (outside of their control) was a mess. Completely different than the rest of the country we’d seen. The hotel provided many toiletries, breakfast on site and a good coffee machine in the lobby.

Staff was nice. Location is in the heart of Dotombori which provides many dining and shopping options. There's a Family Mart convenience store across the way which is nice. The rugs and sofas were pretty dirty. Lobby could definitely use a deep clean. The room was comfortable but had a slight smell to it. Stayed 4 nights.

This hotel is right on Dontonbori so it’s very central with restaurants and shops at your fingertips. The hotel is ok, meaning if you feel pressed to book you will be fine but it’s very cramped even knowing that space is small in Japan but more than that it wasn’t the cleanest room - stuffy, smelled like cleaner, dusty especially around the headboard and other surfaces. That all makes a small room feel smaller than it is. Also, the staff was not the friendliest. They check you in and out but not more helpful than that. The other places I stayed in Japan at the same price point were above and beyond my experience here.

We stayed in the triple bed room and it was fairly decent sized by Japan standards. Even had room for a small sitting area and table. No actual drawers for clothing storage so we hung up some things and kept rest of our clothes in the suitcases which was not a big deal. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The description says water bottles are included but that’s not the case!! Though there are convenience stores right outside. It was easy to get to by public transportation. The subway takes you a block away and the hotel is in the middle of the Dotunburi street action. For some, this can be overwhelming as it means big crowds in the evening with line ups for all the food stands. Tip: if you explore the side streets/alleyways, you come across hidden for treasure with no lines. Location is also super close to all shopping

Hotel was located in convenient location. Room was small with minimal amenities, but clean and comfortable enough. If you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room, it is perfectly fine.
