Everything you need is there. They provided laundry detergent, slippers, towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing is the restaurant located below us when they cooked at night you can smell it inside room even if the windows were all closed.

Won’t go back…
Although the location is good, the room is spacious and has a laundry machine, the building is old. The unit was not cleaned properly. There’s dust and old stain on the shower room door. The sink has pink scum. The light at the elevator lobby was off. The garbage room is right at the lobby which makes the lobby smelly. Needed help with booking s taxi, tried emailing - no response, tried calling the English and Japanese phone lines - phone numbers not in service…

Exceptional Value!
As a family of three, this room was absolutely perfect for us. It was nice and bright, clean and had all the "extras" you could think of- toothbrushes, laundry soap, shower supplies, and even hanging clips for the clothes that needed drying. Check in included pictures for the process, and a binder for the room welcomed us. This was so very helpful coming from Canada. The beds were much more firm than we're used to, but everything else was beyond comfortable. Walkable to everything but just far enough out that it's completely quiet. We've already recommended it to friends back home. Excellent stay!

Great Location & Comfortable Stay
Excellent location, within short walking distance to shopping area (Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi) & metro/train stations. Place is surprisingly spacious! Very neat and clean room. You can laundry but drying is only via dehumidifier fan inside the bathroom, as the terrace doors are locked. Overall, enjoyed our stay without a hitch. Customer support is also very responsive and reliable. Will stay here again if whenever in town.

It was a great place to stay due to the location, in walking distance to Dontombori and subways close also. The property had everything you need washing machine, kitchen etc and it was spacious. The only down fall is the check in process is in a different location, we found this frustrating especially when you have travelled all day with children and when you get there you have to go to another place to check in only to recieve a PIN to get in. Surely they can email this!!

The staff is not very accommodating and the wifi is very slow. Also, having to check-in and out from a different location is quite a hassle. The room though is quite spacious, with two double beds and a sofa.

Staff was not friendly. Need to check in and check out at their office which is a bit far from the property. Check in was at 4pm, and there are charges for leaving the luggage at their office prior to check in time. The property was clean, spacious and is located within walking distance from subway and shopping area.

Great apartment, picking up keys less convenient
It's a great apartment, not too far from Yotsubashi station. Only catch is the reception is on the 8th floor of a commercial building near another station (Namba). Not so convenient when you have to take luggage with you to pick up and return the keys. Also need to pick it keys before 8pm, otherwise, you won't have access!

駅から少し離れてはいたけど、コンビニや飲食店が周囲にあって不備さはあまり感じませんでした。 部屋は思っていたより広くて、家族4人で宿泊するに十分な広さでした。

大阪の中心部にあって、最寄駅に近くて出かけるのにとても便利でした。ホテルより広くて使い易かったです。ここ数日大阪もとても暑かったので、着替えをすぐに洗濯できたのもとても良かったです。ただ、洗濯用の洗剤が置いてなかったのは残念です。

완전 추천하지 않아요.
성인2, 청소년1, 아동1 총 네명이 숙박해야해서 호텔보다 좀 더 넓은 곳을 찾다가 보게된곳이고 지도상에는 도톤보리 많이 멀지 않아보여 예약했습니다. 호텔보다 2/3정도 저렴한 가격은 좋았으나, 매일밤 도톤보리에서 쇼핑한 물건을 들고 걷기엔 힘든 거리였고, 난바역까지도 무리가 있습니다. 도토보리까지 15~20분 역까지는 20~25분 걸어야 할것 같아요. 한번만 걷고 다음부터는 택시를 탔고 택시비만 10만원 넘게 나온것 같아요. 한번 이동할때마다 700엔~1000엔정도 나옴 ㅠ 침대 2개는 넓고, 시설은 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 도착날 11시 도착이어서 미리 메일로 여권등 인원정보 모두 보내놓고, 도착 다음날 체크인하러 갔는데 여권 및 정보를 다시 물어봐서(받은게 없다고 하심. 메일을 두번이나 보내놨는데..) 정보 관리가 안돼있는데 어이없었음. 다시 간다면 절대 이용하지 않을꺼에요. 꼭 난바역 근처나 도톤보리 근처로 잡으세요. 왔다갔다 시간쓰고 돈쓰고.. 아까움.

병원이 근처에 있어 밤에 엠블런스 소리가 크게 들리는데 불안감을 느끼게했어요 난방 온수사용등에 대한 안내가 없고 사람도 없어서 사용법 습득할때까지 헤맸어요

도톤보리와 좀 멀지만 깔끔하고 지하철 이용이 편리합니다.
도톤보리와는 걸어서 10-15분이상 떨어져 있지만, 근처에 5분 이내의 가까운 지하철역이 2개 있어서 다른 지역으로의 이동은 좋았습니다. 시설 자체도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 세면대 아래에 여분의 수건이 많이 있습니다. 제가 숙박시는 이걸 못보고 수건을 아껴서 사용했습니다. ㅠㅠ 수건이나 기타 세면용품등이 곳곳에 여분으로 많이 쌓여져 있습니다. 단점이라면 체크인이나 체크아웃시 캐리어 보관을 할 장소까지가 멀다는 점입니다. 가까운 지하철역에 코인락커가 있는지는 체크못했는데, 체크인 장소에서 가방 1개당 5백엔에 보관해줘서 체크인전/체크아웃후에 가방도 같이 맡겼습니다.
