    The Bluff House is located in the exclusive Estates section of Margaritaville resort and is famous for having some of the best views of the lake. There is nothing like watching an Ozark sunset from one of our three decks or relaxing with a glass of wine in our hottub.
    Our home is designed to accomodate large groups and families. Every one of our bedrooms is spacious and offers comfortable beds, private sitting area, in room television and a private deck. Every bedroom has their own private bathroom as well. You will appreciate the large open living room and dining room area as well as one of the only sunrooms in a home on Margaritaville that allows for 180 degree views of the lake.
    Our kitchen is well stocked with all of the items that you need to prepare meals and a grill is provided as well as ample outdoor seating so you can enjoy your time at the lake.

    You will see why our guests come back year after year.

    Our home is located in the Estates section of Margaritaville and guests have access to the community outdoor pools from May-September. Additionally, for additional fees guests can contact the resort and utilize their Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, miniature golf, spa, arcade, billards bar, horse riding stables, fitness center, the Landshark bar with swimup bar and beach, and three other dining restaurants. The resort offers several other outdoor pools that are available seasonally as directed by the resort. If you are a golfer you will be in heaven with access to a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship Golf Course.

    If you are bringing a boat there is a convenient unloading area as you enter the resort and you can rent a boat slip at Margaritaville during your stay. They also offer onsite boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals. Our house is located at the 25 MM in the center of everything.

    There is parking for four vehicles and additional parking available at designated resort lots.

Another Amazing Stay at The Bluff House

This was my second stay at the Bluff House, and it was just as incredible as the first. The home is beautiful, with unbeatable views and close proximity to all Margaritaville has to offer. Great spot. Each room was large and had its owns balcony and was on a different floor offering quite a bit of privacy for our guests. There was also great gathering space with a large balcony and two living areas attached to the kitchen.we had everything we needed there to cook at home for a few of the days. The hosts were in touch as well to ensure we had what we needed!

Family Reunion

We stayed in the house while attending a family reunion near by. The house was clean and comfortable. Irma was very responsive and provided extra welcome gifts upon arrival. Absolutely beautiful place with the most gorgeous view of the lake from both inside and outside the home. Every room was perfectly decorated and had all the “extras” you could need. Our host even left goodies in the refrigerator and a homemade pillow in a gift bag for us. Such thoughtful and kind hosts and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place right on the lake. We’ll definitely be back!
