Parkview Bay Condo Overlooks Pool & Lake, Great Location Near Mall, Free Wi-Fi!

There are many great things to list about the condo. Please, first scroll all the way down to see the pictures that are worth a thousand words...Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, very well-appointed condo featuring many fantastic amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! You'll love sitting out on the Deck that has a great view of one of the complex pools, the Lake, and the serene state park just across the water.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque! The spacious Master Suite has a king-sized bed and private bath with a tub / shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable Twin over Full Bunk Bed along with another Twin Bed, TV, VCR, and DVD player.

BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Great location and experience at Lake of the Ozarks

We really enjoyed our first stay at Lake of the Ozarks. We were looking for a quieter location for a family of four and this delivered. The pool was great, the docks were perfect, and the condo was in great condition. We will definitely stay again!

Great condo for midweek stay during our fishing trip. Am familiar with this complex and this portion of the lake from previous trips, and the 333 unit met our expectations. Helpful documentation from property manager.The leather sofa was very comfortable.

Great way point

Overall it was a great place to stop on our roadtrip. Had everything we needed, and enough beds for all of us. Checkin was smooth and Jason responded to me quickly. We did have an issue while we stayed and Jason worked on it as quickly as he could to fix it. If life ever brought us back to the area I would consider staying here again.

We love the lake and have rented condos from Jason in the past and will continue to rent his properties because they are always clean and we haven’t had any problems at all. Only one thing I would like to change and that’s the use of the fire place, it’s for owners use only at this time.

Overall it was good. Not the cleanest. The shower curtain in the master should be changed, it was slimy. The only rug had a number of crumbs and popcorn kernels. There was an extension cord with bare wires exposed, not good for kids.

Had a great weekend stay with our college kids. Condo has easy access to major attractions on the water. This unit is tucked away just off the main channel which was nice. Great views from patio. Condo is spacious and served its purpose but needs a little TLC in our option. Couple maintenance items and better cleaning in certain areas would be nice prior to next guests arrival.

Good condo in a great location

The condo was very nice and clean. The only criticisms are the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable, the towel racks and toilets in the bathrooms were loosely mounted and the complex did not have elevators.

Nice clean room in a well maintained complex.

Condo is on a nice quiet cove on the lake. Easy drive to and from the complex. Close to the main road for dining and entertainment. Three pools are nice. Lots of good parking. We would definitely rent here again.

Condo was just as pictured, the pools were clean and the water was perfect temperature. The only complaint was the wifi was weak so kids were unable to hook up devices and watch Roku. Also master bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

We have been coming to the Ozarks for over 25 years and have stayed at this complex multiple times, although not in this condo. Upon first impression the condo was very clean, but furniture and decor were outdated. The beds were not the most comfortable mattresses. On the second night of our three night stay we returned from a long day at the lake. Around 1145 pm my daughter smelled something burning in the bedroom while my son was in the shower. Upon investigation the thermostat on the water heater had caught on fire. My husband immediately grabbed the fire extinguisher and we called 911. The fire department quickly helped make sure the fire was extinguished, but we would not be able to stay in the unit due to the smell and lack of water. Jason the property manager was quickly responsive, luckily the owners had another condo available one level down for that night and the next. Needless to say our family was quite shaken; the condo we were moved to had the same lower quality water heater and was slightly more comfortable but still outdated. Although this may have been a freak occurrence I am hesitant to stay in this complex again; if all the owners have the same low quality heater I would be hesitant to stay. We saw the company replacing the water heater and spoke to them briefly; they were replacing the cheap one with a professional model so at least that was updated. I was glad the manager was responsive but if we were not awake at the time or if this happened to the other condo we may not have been so lucky.

Very nice condo, great location and amentities

We love this condo development -- best we have found on the lake. Nice and quiet, actually able to walk a bit (sidewalks) on nearby streets, nice pools and easily accessible restaurants and stores (5 min drive). This particular unit was clean, equipped and worked very well for our family. We'd definitely book here again.
