With three pools at your disposal, you can choose to take a short walk to the nearby one or head to the other side of the neighborhood for a refreshing swim.
If you're looking for more exciting activities, take a five-minute drive to the resort, where you'll find a large pool, water slide, resort restaurants, and more. For an additional fee, you can indulge in horseback riding, bowling, and marina access.

This property is great for a large crowd. Bedrooms are spread out and comfortable. Beautiful view and convenient to local restaurants and stores. The property manager , Jill, was awesome!

Awesome time!

The only reason a gave the location less stars is because the sharp corners, or steep incline, to get to the house are just not the greatest. Pretty normal for that close to the water though. The views made it worth it!

Great house for a getaway

House was clean and was just as advertised. We had 5 couples which allowed each couple to have their own room and bathroom. Also there are 5 parking spots! Host Jill was very good to work with and very responsive! Would definitely recommend this property for a fun getaway.

Great Stay!

A spacious property for our family of 8 adults and grands; and short walking distance to the pool. DVD player didn't work when we arrived but Jill responded quickly and it was replaced the before the next evening.

Great place!

The house is beautiful! Very comfortable and homey. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the extras and more! The only drawback for us was the steps. We are an older group of women, so the steps were a little difficult at times, but we made it and enjoyed the weekend. Our weekend was full of fun, laughter and lots of food!

Nice house with lots of room. Great view of the lake. Had a few minor issues within the house and stairs getting to the door were not the greatest. But overall it was clean and spacious for the 11 of us. Would recommend.

Great Stay with a Beautiful View

The property was perfect for 8 friends on a golfing weekend. The bedrooms were very large and most had attached bathrooms. The great room and screened in porch provided a roomy place to hang out and discuss the events of the day, while gazing at the beautiful lake and boats sailing by. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. 17 of us had plenty of room. House was great. Just as advertised. We all had so much fun.

Wonderful !!!

Spent 5 days vacationing with my children and grandchildren. The property was perfect for what we needed as a group of 14. There was plenty of space and the location was outstanding. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and access to all the amenities offered by the Margaritaville resort. Would definitely go back again. And the host was always there to help out with whatever we needed.

Weekend trip

The location was great and the pools at Margaritaville were fun! Unfortunately the house was not well cleaned before we arrived. We found clothes from a previous group in the bathroom, cobwebs in the light fixtures, and the floors were dirty in the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the Lake of the Ozarks but wish the house had been cleaner when we arrived.

First annual family vacation

Beautiful home that accommodated all of our needs for our family of 15. We have kids ranging from 18 months to 10 years old and 8 adults. The beds were very comfortable. There were a ton of catds and board games that we used. The kitchen had eveything we needed. The sunsets from the balcony over the lake were beautiful. The resort offered many outdoor pools, an indoor waterpark and various other things to do. Owner responded immediately when we had a question.

Nice location with a beautiful lake view.

We enjoyed a family vacation at LOZ. Plenty of fun, games and laughing. It was very nice to wake up, go out on the deck and view the lake, along with gorgeous sunsets in the evening. It was also nice to all be together for some meals and games. Convenient location to restaurants, marina and recreation at Margaretville. The property inside was clean, (7 out of 10) but the outside, deck furniture and windows left a lot to be improved on. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes and glassware, but pots and pans were in need of replacement. Over all, I consider the negatives to be minor but the family time together and enjoyment was GREAT.

Fall getaway

Property layout was poor, one bedroom is outside of home with no access. Home needs some upkeep, broken outdoor furniture and remotes needing batteries and another tv inoperatable.Tub needs non stick adhesive or bath mat. Deck table and chairs are way too big for the area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully operational. Refrigerator drawer was broken. Additional fees/charge on credit card, very poor communication. Kitchen well equipped

Fun family vacation

House was fine for our family - every family had their own room and bathroom which was nice. The kitchen is smaller than the pictures portrayed and was very crowded when prepping and cooking for all of us. It was stocked with everything we needed. It is an older property and could use some TLC. The sliding door in the dining area needs work or replacing as it is very hard to close so we had to use the door in the living area to get to the deck. The floors were not very clean - our feet were dirty after walking on them the first day. I also had to clean around a toilet in one of the bathrooms because it smelled like urine. The pool is close by so the kids spent alot of time there which is a definite plus. Overall we had a fun vacation and enjoyed our stay.
