- Location, location , location! This 4 bedroom - 2 bath home on the 23 MM with large private dock is close to many of the most popular restaurants, night life and golf courses at the lake. Excellent view of main channel boat traffic with cove protection from the large screened in porch.
Location is ideal on Hwy KK with Margaritaville 1 mile away . Large swimming dock with use of kayak, lily pad, paddleboard, and fire pit are just a few of the amenities. This lakefront property has a boat launch nearby and a place to tie up as large as 38 ft boat.
