Beautiful updated unit. The primary bathroom shower had a large high head that helped with relaxing after the sun filled days. The primary king bed was very comfortable. There were thoughtful touches like games, kitchen fully stocked, and small laundry baskets in each room. The property manager was great with communication the whole time. She called after the online booking to let me know the process. Later, I was able to add an extra night directly through her. When we got there, we couldn’t get the WiFi password to work. I called her and she texted the information needed right away. The only drawback to this unit is that it is on the ground floor and access to the front door requires stairs down outside the unit. I was expecting the walkway from the parking lot not to require stairs. The slope of the parking lot was hard to navigate. The overall property was beautifully maintained and the multiple pools were great because one was still sunny and the other was shaded in the evening. It was a great week at Parkview Bay!
