After booking, we will email you a rental agreement to complete. Quiet hours 11:00pm-8:00am. No loud parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Gasoline containers or any flammables are not to be stored on docks, condo’s, decks or anywhere on premises, do NOT bring!!! $500 fine
Propane Grill's and other propane fryers NOT allowed., $100 fine. NO FIREWORKS allowed anywhere on Parkview Bay Premises
