Lake golf trip

We went to the lake to play some golf. The location of the condo was central to everything from golf to restaurants and was a perfect home base for us. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen and living area are spacious and the covered porch overlooks a fantastic pool. The hosts made communication easy as they responded promptly to inquiries. The check-in and check-out processes were clear and easily followed. Everything was very clean. Overall, the lodging was a significant factor in what was an excellent trip.

Great stay

We’ve been watching the construction of the Topsider complex for some time and we were very excited to try it for a little weekend getaway with our two adult children. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. We had a great view of the pools (there are two ant the complex) and the lake. This is a brand new unit so everything is extremely nice and maintained. There is still some construction going on at the complex but nothing that took away from our stay in any way. This condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies and thoughtful extras such as spices and coffee. The living area is spacious and very well furnished. The bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. These were well stocked with soap and shampoo. We didn’t use the laundry room as we only stayed a couple nights but we did notice that it was stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener. We have already booked a second stay for later this month, so that is the best endorsement we can possibly give.

We love staying at topsiders. The complex has great pools and the units are perfect for our needs. The complex is also very accessible via car and water.We were able to communicate with the owner easily and they were very accommodating

Beautiful, clean topsiders.condo

We were in town for a long weekend- two parents and two adult children. Condo was immaculate and met all of our needs. Boat slip included which was great. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable price.

Wonderful Weekend Stay

These brand new condos were lovely for our group of friends to enjoy a nice weekend at the lake! The property was very clean and the host is extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family.

Wonderful experience

This property is even better than the descriptions. We had more than enough room for 5 adults. The deck was large enough to walk around when someone was seated at the table - something we were not accustomed to. Enourmous kitchen filled with all essentials you may need. Master bedroom, bathroom and closet had plenty of storage. Getting to the pool was a short walk consisting of no stairs (just a ramp). The owner was quick to respond to any of our questions before our trip.

Made the best of it.

I have COPD there was construction going on and it was really dusty for my respiratory problem. I had to walk down and up 2 flights of stairs, the floors in the condo were dirty we had to clean under the beds and the bathrooms. There was dust and dust bunnies under the beds and couch, bathroom rugs had hair on them and the shower curtain. We went on this trip to relax not to clean. Overall, we managed and will be more careful renting our next stay at Osage Beach.

Great place/Great location

This is the ideal spot on the lake! Having a slip for the boat and being so close to all the main restaurants is amazing! Being seconds away from Andy’s Frozen Custard isn’t bad either ;)!Would highly recommend!!
