You have a magnificent main channel view from a protected cove.

Great for Tennis, Pickel ball, shuffleboard, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding in a no wake cove with a direct main channel view.

Your family and friends can spread out across 1900 sq ft. - in this AMAZING WALK-IN, ONE LEVEL CONDO WITH A MILLION DOLLAR VIEW and floor to ceiling windows.

Enjoy the large 32 foot long covered deck.

3 bedrooms, 4 beds plus a full pull out couch. HEATED pools. A boat slip can be reserved for an extra nightly charge. Rental boat options are nearby.

Huge windows let the outdoors in and offer beautiful sunsets from every lake side room. Enjoy 4 sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. This one of a kind unit was built for lake vacationers. One level makes the unit family, kid, and senior friendly.

The unit sleeps 9 across 1 king, 2 queen, 1 twin, and 1 full sofa sleeper.

A full service kitchen bar height counter, a side bar and dining table seat 11 indoors.

A full size refrigerator deep freezer, wine/beverage cooler in a side bar and mini-fride on the deck keep your beverages cold on a hot day.

A full size laundry room is available.

The 30-ft long waterfront deck offers unobstructed main channel view. Large master offers walk-in closet and walk-in double shower.

Complex - Tennis Court and 3 pools, 2 heated. Watercraft and pwc slips. Great fishing from the docks. 2 Fish cleaning stations.

By water you are next to Marine Max at the 17 mm, and 1 mile to Backwater Jacks and Evergreen cove.

By land you are less than 1.5 miles to Grocery/Target and Osage Beach chain and local restaurants and shopping.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking items. Large gas grill and additional deck seating under 3 ceiling fans. Outdoor TV and sound system.

Enjoy the new high end single serve and full pot coffee maker in the separate coffee and beverage bar off from the kitchen.

Baths have been updated with new designer faucets.

Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washer and a dryer in the unit. Cable TV.

Rates - Summer rates are from $240 per night (Monday - Thursday) and $399 per night (Friday - Sunday) with a 3-night minimum. A 2-night stay is negotiable for an increased cleaning fee. Holiday rate is $399 per night.
Refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee apply.

This place is truly magical the photos don’t even begin to capture its beauty. The moment you walk in, you’re struck by how open and spacious it feels, all while looking out over the most breathtaking lake views. Jerry goes above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and welcoming. Even though we had zero issues, it was clear that if anything came up, he would be right there to help in any way possible.This trip was just for my husband and me, but it’s exactly the kind of place I can’t wait to share with our whole family. Without a doubt, I’ll be renting from Jerry again in the future!

Can’t say enough good things about this rental property! Perfect location on the lake! Great docks located in the cove, so not directly impacted by the main channel wake! Condo has everything needed for a great stay! Definitely recommend!

Spacious 3 bed/3 bath at Indian Point has a wonderful lake view.

This condo is perfect for 3 couples. No steps to enter the condo, and the swimming pool is close by overlooking the lake. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Jerry, our host is wonderful!

Lake of the Ozarks vacation

We had never visited the Lake of the Ozarks and stayed in this condo. It is nicely furnished with all of the things needed to make your time more enjoyable. It has an amazing view of the lake and was very comfortable. There are many fun family activities in this area and the location of this condo is perfect to enjoy all of them.

Fabulous Location !!

We have been coming to LOTO as a group for the past few years. The place we normally stay was was unavailable and this is the first time staying here. This place was wonderful! One of the best views on the Lake! The place was spectacular and Jerry was a wonderful host and very accessible. Would love to come back again.

4th of July Vacay

This is such a great property! Upon check-in, Jerry stopped by (he lives nearby) to welcome us and show us the intricacies of the condo. We were lucky to know he lived nearby becauae later that evening someone had parked in the designated spot for our condo. Jerry was on it and by morning the vehcile was gone. So many pros to this property from the parking spot to the "no steps", but by far is the view! Watching sunset every night was fantastic and no two were alike. We also stayed over July 4th, and the neighbors across the cove put on a show that would rival most towns. You could see the Four Seasons show as well, but our neighbors was longer and better. The cove filled with boats, and i got some great pics. There was plenty of space for us and our three teens. There are four beds and a pull out couch plus three full baths and a laundry room. It made the trip very easy! Very few cons at all! The first is that you can hear every step from the condo above you. It was fine for the most part except when there were heavy steppers or jumping or rough housing. The second would be the heat. The condo faces due west, so the afternoon summer sun reeks its havoc, especially because every wall is all windows. My advice is to use your ceiling fans and keep the blinds pulled in the afternoon. It helps, but it still gets warm, especially the living room. Overall, i would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the lake. Great location, amazing view, and tons of space!
