By renting this apartment in country you will be sure to properly accommodate your guests in an elegant e comfortable place.Welcoming country house situated in quiet and panoramic location on the hills near the small town of Torre San Severo, a short distance away from the beautiful Orvieto.The area of Umbria located in the territory of Umbria region enclose in this wonderful location all the natural and historical characteristics that are typical of the area.Ginestrella offers a beautiful pool to live hours of relax with family and friend, a spacious garden for the outdoors days equipped with a barbecue area which enhances your summer feasts, a lovely fireplace which makes the ambience warmer and comfortable on colder days. This property is surrounded by a nice garden with private swimming-pool and comprises 2 adjoining apartments rentable only together as a private accommodation. The interiors are simple, furnished in a rustic style.

This property is in ideal location to Umbria’s and Lazio’s most important places of interest. Tuscany is easily accessible by train from the nearby railway station of Orvieto.

Beautiful, simply furnished country house in beautiful area. The garden and swimming pool are wonderful. It is worth a visit to Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio (amazing). The lake is beautiful and water sports are available, but too busy in August. We preferred to spent the time at our pool.

Bellissima villa immersa nel verde, ma vicinissima ad Orvieto e a Bolsena. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto discreti e disponibili, noi abbiamo avuto un imprevisto durante il check in ma siamo stati accolti benissimo e nonostante ci siano stati dei piccoli inconvenienti, hanno provveduto a venirci incontro, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ginestrella è il luogo ideale per chi è alla ricerca di pace e tranquillità un posto per rigenerarsi. Camere grandi e letti molto comodi, Piscina grande e pulita, cucina Molto ben attrezzata.

Wir waren mit drei Personen an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Das Haus bietet deutlich mehr Personen Platz. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und einfach gehalten. Hier gibt es sicherlich Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten; hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wifi funktioniert gut! Die Lage auf einem Berg bot uns ein traumhaftes Panorama. Der Pool ist richtig groß, wird immer sauber gehalten und man kann Schwimmsport betreiben. Luigi kommt sofort vorbei, wenn es Probleme geben sollte. Wir haben ihn direkt ins Herz geschlossen. Tipps: Stadtbesuch in Orvieto und unbedingt Motorboot fahren auf dem Bolsenasee (ohne Führerschein; Verleih in Capodimonte im Süden des Sees).

Wunderschön gelegenes, stilvolles Landhaus mit gemütlichem Aussenplatz, viel Umschwung und herrlichem Pool - aber eigentlich viel mehr als das. Eine Oase der Ruhe, ein Kraftort, inmitten von Feldern, Wäldern und alten Pinienbäumen. Ein Ort, wo abends Stachelschweine über Stoppelfelder eilen und nachts eine Schleiereule ihre Runden zieht. Ein Ort zum Entspannen, Auftanken, Herunterfahren. Dazu ein Ort für Ausflüge: Orvieto, Bolsena, Lago di Bolsena... Rund ums Haus hat sich Luigi rührend um kleine technische Probleme (Poolreinigung) gekümmert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren Ende August in diesem Paradies. Auf dem Bildern sieht man nicht wirklich wie schön und weitläufig es dort ist. Durch die Teilung des Hauses durch die zwei Eingänge auch hervorragend geeignet sich Mal zurückzuziehen und perfekt für mehrere Familien. Der Pool ist einfach wunderschön und ladet herrlich zum schwimmen ein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Luigi stellte uns sogar kostenlos ein Roller bereit. Er ist ausgesprochen charmant und man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen in seinem Haus. Auch wollte er keine Bezahlung für das WLAN. Auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück steht noch ein weiteres Haus welches Luigi als Lager nutzt. Somit ist man wirklich unter sich. Verschiedene Supermärkte und Restaurant’s sind in etwa in 10-20 min. zu erreichen. Wenn man ein erholsam Urlaub möchte ist man hier am richtigen Ort.
