Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"Spacious condo, Great accomodations, and located walking distance to Corso Ovidio, Viale Comunale, and Piazza Garibaldi. Giardini bar/pizzeria located 2 mins away. Nothing missing. 1 negative comment : When there are tenants in the adjacent apartment next door, you hear them quite clearly. especially from the room with the name Laura on the door. I think the bathroom in that unit is just behind the wall. "
