  • Villa Martiner – Apartment Francesco is a spacious 130 m² apartment with a castle-like flair, surrounded by meadows and fruit trees, and offering breathtaking views of the Sassolungo and Sella mountains. Nestled in the heart of Val Gardena, Villa Martiner is the perfect starting point for your adventures across the Dolomites, including Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, Sella Ronda, Fermedes, and Dolomiti Superski.



    The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate dining area. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, bed linen, towels, a small balcony, and more. Upon request, the host provides high chairs, cribs, and a barbecue.



    All guests enjoy complimentary entry to Mar Dolomit, the public swimming pool and sauna in Ortisei. With the GuestPass, guests can use public transportation (trains and buses, but excluding lifts) free of charge.



    The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny part of Ortisei, approximately a 10-minute walk from the town center. The Resciesa lift is a 3-minute walk (220 m) away, while the Seceda lift can be reached in 7 minutes (550 m). Both lifts are part of the Dolomiti Superski area and connect directly to the Sellaronda.
