"This is the a must stay. Kristaan is the best. Not only did he give us the most fantastic welcome but when we accidentally left something at the hotel he went the extra mile to make sure we got it back. We had an early departure and there was take away breakfasts waiting for us when we left. The hotel is so well located for arrival and departures by ferry and for sightseeing"

"Room was a good size with decent air con. Helpful and friendly staff who let us leave luggage before and after check in. Varied continental buffet at breakfast. Close to the bus station. Only negative was the shower head kept falling off so you had to hold it. It’s about 10 mins walk to the centre. Overall a good choice for a short stay in Pula"

"The check in instructions were extremely clear and communicated in good time. The staff were extremely friendly and on hand to help with all a queries. The location of the room was extremely central, with good amenities within a short walk. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a shared communal kitchen which was kept clean for the entire trip. If I were to return to Pula I would definitely choose Polesana rooms again!!"

"We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful hotel, set amongst the trees and just a short walk to the sea and local shops. Every member of staff we met were very friendly, the hotel was immaculately clean and the food was excellent with great choices and catered well for those with allergies. The pool area was clean and well maintained with ample sunbeds, however, it would be more pleasant if smoking was banned at poolside or a designated "smoking area" provided."

"Perfect location to explore Pula. Was a few min walk to the arena, waterfront and old town. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Excellent air con. No elevator but staff helped me carry luggage upstairs"

"Property situated in the middle of the old town. Outside many restaurants and shops but within the property very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Recommended a lovely restaurant. Room nice. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and varied. Staff in breakfast were lovely. The only problem we found was a slight smell of drains on occasions in the bathroom. Would recommend it."
