"Pros: Wir können nur Gutes berichten. Wir hatten 4 Tage im wunderschön gelegenen und so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hisli verbringen dürfen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt schön ruhig am Waldrand mit einem tollen Panorama vom Balkon aus. Die Gastgeber Franz Schmieder mit Familie sehr nett , Kontakt schon vor der Anreise über Whattsapp. Es ist sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einzig was wir uns wünschen würden wäre eine Verdunklung im Schlafzimmer , da es...

"Great hotel in an excellent location. The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was modern and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the use of the gym was a plus, but you have pay extra. Highly recommend."

"Beautifully situated for wonderful views of the valley below. Good parking. The proprietor, Ingolf, is a really likeable extrovert with good English. Best not to mention World Cup, Germany, however!!! Breakfasts are good with occasional treats. Our room was large, plenty of storage, clean with a table for four - good for takeaways etc. (no chambermaid, but not needed anyway) balcony more than adequate for that evening tipple. No lunch or evening meals, but no problem. Beer, soft drinks in large fridge - honor system used. Braunbergstuble further up the hill (watch out for small pointer signs) welcoming, excellent with large meals and Credit cards accepted. Hotel Hirsch in town, Credit cards not accepted and told after the meal. All in all a lovely break.Thank you Ingolf."

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."
