Showing its age on the outside, but our room had newer flooring in the entryway and newer carpeting. Room was very clean and quiet at night. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Walked to a nearby restaurant for breakfast that was good. Very good value. We would stay there again.

The hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean, and was accommodating to our small dog. I would recommend the motel for a short stay.

An older hotel but they keep it in great shape. The rooms are large and spacious. We had one with a kitchenette, and I have to say it had it nicely stocked with plates and utensils and other items that you needed.

The room was clean and the front desk person was pleasant and helpful. A couple of things would be helpful: a brief description about how to run the Roku tv. I’m not familiar with Roku and couldn’t find the main networks. A list of where to eat in Oroville and the hours. We arrived near 8 pm on a Saturday night and the places we saw online were closed. A little local knowledge is helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.
