Our apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the best the town has to offer.

The nearby beaches are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. If you’re travelling by car, the apartment includes a private parking space for your convenience.

The town is easily accessible by public transport, with regular bus and train services connecting Oropesa del Mar to nearby cities and attractions.

The property has a decibel detector.

The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of paper towels

Please note that the pool is only available from June through September.
Additional guests after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.

Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
