Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Die Wohnung ist in einem schmutzigen, abgewohnten Zustand. Schimmel an der Klimaanlage. Wir haben Novasol umgehend informiert, wurden an die spanische Kontaktperson verwiesen. Die war der Meinung alles sei sauber. Haben die Wohnung wieder verlassen. Novasol sah darin einen Verstoß des Vertrages und sagt wir hätten keinen Anspruch auf irgendwelche Zahlungen. Auf alle weiteren Mails haben wir keine Antwort bekommen. Nicht buchen! Am besten auch Novasol meiden. Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben, selbst der ist hier Zuviel.
