"A 4.5 rating would be accurate. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. But....the bathroom seemed to need updating....fixtures seemed old and worn. Bed was firm and linens of good quality. View from the patio overlooking Lake Geneva I'm sure would be stunning....in better weather. ..."

"Not noted in the hotel description, but the front door literally opens onto platform 1 of the tain station. For those travelling by train this is a major bonus as Montreux is an extremely hilly city. Our room was on the top floor offering a great view off a large patio of Lake Geneva. Very comfy ..."
