The Space:

This oceanfront condo unit is located on the 9th floor which affords an unobstructed ocean view from every room. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a new king mattress and linens, and the other with two new queen mattresses and linens, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and living areas offer guests the room to relax and unwind comfortably. The balcony provides a perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while enjoying the comfort and privacy of the condo.



A short elevator ride brings guests to the pool and beach where your days will be filled with relaxation and good times with friends and family.



Guest Access:

You will have access to all areas of the condo unit as well as to the outdoor common areas. The outdoor areas include a grilling area with tables, pool, and beach access.

Within a short drive of Daytona Beach to the south, and St. Augustine to the north, it offers a wide, no-drive beach location without the crowds and hectic pace of the larger cities. The condo was very nice except the patio door is really hard to open. The communication between the property manager and us was poor. There was a reported possible mold in the condo. I received the text the day after we arrived. We left the condo to let the mold inspectors in and was told it was safe to return, I was not told it was an active mold issue. The very next day 2 days into our vacation I woke up barking like a seal and very sick. Needless to say we have to relocate to another facility. If you rent from here make sure the mold issue has been taken care of. Plus they only refuneded us 800 of the total purchase. For my inconvenience and missing my whole vacation I believe I should have been refunded the whole amount.
