"The view from the porch was the best beach view I’ve had. This facility could easily have a top rating if a little more money was invested in the rooms. The huge bath tub/spa had a hole in it and the extra large shower had no door and it was obvious the door had been removed (infilled screw holes and the seal was still attached to the opposing wall). The doors to the rooms need scrubbing (filthy) or new paint jobs. The staff was friendly and there was no problem in that aspect. Again, this could easily be a top notch facility with a little investment. It is located in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, stores and other amenities nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel if they put some effort into the hotel "

"Had to move rooms as on top floor with ROOF repair going on all day. Yes they moved us and left next day. Between moving rooms I left my retainer case. Got home and realized I had left it in first room. Called that evening left all info. They said would have housekeeper check and call me. No call, and called back next day spoke to Emily took all my info again. Today at dentist getting scanned to replace will COST ME $1000. Had it for 5 years so not something that has happened ever. I know I left and they pitched like it was nothing. So, don’t leave anything behind…."

"I have made special arrangements with the front desk staff to accept bottle of champagne with anticipation of celebrating our first anniversary the date that it was delivered they changed your mind and decided that they would not accept it which caused a bit of confusion but I was able to work around it with no help from the hotel. With that exception it was a very pleasant experience"

"Clean room friendly staff ac blasting if you come during turtle nesting season it is hard to see at night! Seeing the beach from the room or stepping out to sit on the chairs right by the door was nice"

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Door wasn’t working at 1am and staff wouldn’t help us get in our room until the next day when it had our phone chargers important meds and clothing in it, all they said is to bad we’ll try again tomorrow. After this I waited all week to speak to a manger and that never happened. The blankets and sheets all had more stains then I can count."
