Communication with the property manager was good and he was there to meet us with the key and show us where to park and around the property at 7pm as arranged. "Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk."
