This single level family and pet friendly home is located in a quiet neighborhood within a 5 minute walking distance to Eldredge Park, home of the Orleans Fire Birds. The house is centrally located less than a mile to Downtown Orleans, 1.6 miles from Skaket Beach and 3.4 miles to Nauset beach. Bring your bikes for a ride downtown or along the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house has plenty of space for a small family, with three bedrooms, one bath, dining area, cozy living room with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. The back deck with gas grill and outdoor seating allows you to choose between eating inside or outside. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Washer and dryer in basement. Trash removal once per week. Linens provided. There is a pet fee. Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in 4 pm.

House was amazing! Super close to shoppingand amenities, and both bay side and Atlantic side beaches. Our hostess was amazing, easily reachable and filled a locals insight, knowledge and ideas to make our trip amazing. Would definitely go back!

Great location!

I came for a course at the Cape Cod Institute, and I could not have had a better location-the house was just 5 mins away, in a very quiet neighborhood. Beaches, grocery store, and the town of Orleans were all an easy drive. Elizabeth was wonderful! She clearly loves the Cape and wanted us, including our dog-child, Grace, to enjoy its treasures as well! If I get back to the Cape, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Love this place! Great host!

Great house and location in Orleans. Walking distance to a number of restaurants. We loved having our two pups with us and a number of places nearby are dog friendly (our favorites were Kent’s Point and Nauset Beach Light). Homeowner was very proactive at providing information for our visit and the home was extremely clean and welcoming on arrival. Private deck and yard. Outdoor shower was awesome too. Will be staying here again. Such a relaxing time.

Perfect Toddler Spot

My husband and I had the loveliest stay in Orleans with our toddler son. Close to two of Cape Cod’s most beautiful beaches, this darling spot was the perfect size for our little family. Clean, great communication with the host, and Lego Duplo? Big marks all around. We were grateful to have a baby friendly space, and the host made sure that there was a high chair and baby plate, silverware for our little guy. We were truly touched and hope to return.

Beautiful home that's dog friendly in a great neighborhood!!

This house is absolutely WONDERFUL. It's very, very clean, with a kitchen that's fully stocked with high end appliances, pots, pans, grilling equipment, double ovens, coffee maker, etc. It has a wonderful new washer/dryer in the basement that we used quite a bit for our beach towels, etc. It has a fantastic outdoor shower - and big gas grill. We used the grill every night to cook. So amazing. Elizabeth is available 24/7. The first night we got there she was available to help with my questions on the washing machine - she stopped by in person to assist! The house has 3 bedrooms. We only used the bedroom with the very comfortable queen size bed. The living room is very cozy and the television has every streaming app you could ever want. I love that it's located in Orleans. Central to everything on the Cape. Great neighbors as well - we talked to a few people in the neighborhood and everyone was friendly and helpful with great restaurant suggestions. Best part - is this house is DOG FRIENDLY. A big plus for us because we travel with our golden retriever. I cannot say enough great things about Elizabeth and her beautiful home. Book this property!!! You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at this home! The location was convenient, the space was comfortable, and the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive. Anytime we had a question or concern, they replied right away and were genuinely helpful and receptive. Their communication made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Very happy and relaxed

Home was very comfortable. Convenient location for day trips, bikeable (with kids) to two beaches, a nice deck and we loved the outdoor shower!
