Before I could even finish explaining, Jorge immediately stopped what he was doing, ran to the back, and came out with not one—but two cups of milk, both with lids, ready to go. No hesitation. No inconvenience. Just genuine kindness. It was such a small thing, but after ten days on the road, it felt massive. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. Jorge didn’t just do his job—he made our final night feel effortless, and he turned a quick overnight stay into our favorite part of the entire trip. Every hotel needs a Jorge.
