We had an excellent stay while we attended EDCO. We were able to check-in early and the place was cozy and had everything we needed for our long weekend, even a secluded patio where we enjoyed our coffee time The location was perfect...only 15 minutes away from the venue and all the places we planned to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great overall!

We loved the place overall! The location is close to relatives and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host was perfectly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would 100% stay here again!

What a great experience!

Everything was super clean... She had a lot of welcoming things, snacks, water, sodas. Also a cabinet with extra toothbrush/paste, and more and more!! Yania put tons of love and details in this beautiful cozy getaway! 💖. I will definitely go back to stay again in there!! Thanks for pampering us!!

the perfect vacation homebase

My son and I traveled hours north one day and hours east the next day and hours west the next! Yania's cozy getaway is exactly as described and photographed. It is a perfect central location for exploring Florida! The air conditioning works wonderfully and the bed and recliners are very comfortable. My son and I loved how easy tea was to make and the teas to choose from! My son ate up the snacks Yania left which is a nice touch. The mini fridge was perfect for holding our water and food. My son was able to take baths which is his preference and there were extra flossers, q-tips, and toothbrushes with toothpaste! Yania provided easy contactless check in and was quick to respond to questions and requests. Overall our stay was supported by Yania's perfectly stocked, clean and cozy getaway. I highly recommend checking it out!
