Fabulous 9 bedroom/6 bathroom luxury home sleeps 22 guests and offers spacious accommodation. A private pool & jacuzzi greets you outside where there is a covered lanai, patio furniture and grill. The main living area is beautifully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area and family lounge with big screen TV. Upstairs loft games area and work station including a full size pool table and air hockey. Themed rooms and spaces throughout create a vibrant living space full of fun and holiday memory making. Resort amenities are all included. Ideally located close to the major Orlando attractions, great access routes, restaurants and shops nearby. This is an A-class resort with contemporary features and great appeal. Vacation memories are made here! There are two King Bedroom Suites on the ground floor. Upstairs bedrooms include four queen rooms, and two bunk rooms (twin on top of double). The games room is very large and spacious and includes a separate TV area. Regret no smoking or pets. Pool heat available for an additional fee.Maximum 5 cars allowed on the resort per property as per HOA guidlelines enforced.

The Vacation after the Vacation

This property was pretty nice and spacious. My 19 family members were nice a comfy. I would rent this property again. Only downside I had issues contacting the property manager for questions. They took awhile to respond. Other than that it would be 5 stars.

Very Large Home

The house was huge, it was fun opening the endless doors of bedrooms and bathrooms. We knew it was big from the listing but in person was amazing. We did pay the 30 for pool heat and had an issue with it twice. Upon Friday arrival we did not have a heated pool, it wasn’t turned on-Saturday it was turned on for us but by Tuesday the water was cool again and we couldn’t use the pool. It was a loss of money for us and our stay through Thursday so I would be cautious for that add on. The resort was very nice and fun for the family.

Mini Family Reunion

Rental was clean, spacious and located to many stores and restaurants. Host (David) was attentive to our concerns.. only issue (Jacuzzi was not working and fixed on our last day). Recommendation: add a couple of extra fry pans, griddle and better working grill :-) No major complaints. We enjoyed or stay. I have already recommended to family and friends. D

Spring Break 2024

The house was just as shown. Very accommodating for the 8 of us. Loved the yard as it gave us plenty of privacy. The kids loved the upstairs for their own personal spaces. Very equipped with every thing that we needed. The resort was very nice to, a bit pricy for drinks and whatnot, but overall expected. The host David was very responsive and helpful. The only thing is that the home could use a carpet cleaning, but not entirely a game changer. Every thing else seemed to be good.

Vacation disappointment

I wanted to love this property however I couldn’t. The first day was ruined, we arrived to the property and the house had not been cleaned properly. We’ve been on many vacations in Florida and this was the first time that a house wasn’t what we were expecting it to be. The carpet was visibly dirty, a chewed up straw had been left on the pool table, what appeared to be food crumbs were left in one of the beds and the floor of the room and the house in general wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival. I personally ended up buying sheets from Walmart to sleep on for the whole week and I had my own blanket. The location was great and the neighborhood was great.

Family Home Review

Great!! We enjoyed staying at this property. There was enough space for everyone. Plenty television for those who chose to stay inside. There were also games for a little family competition. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, glasses and kitchen "junk draw" items, like wine keys. It was clean. We will definitely stay here again. Low score on the check-in process. The company did not send the list of names to the front gate. We had to call and wait a longtime for us to be added. Good security function but the company did not use it. Middle score on the communication: I had to call and leave messages. Wasn't sure who to contact. Wi-Fi passwords should be visible when in housing unit because i had to unlock the door to get inside. I should not have to search the unfamiliar equipment to find it.

Family Wedding Place

My son was getting married in Groveland and we had two sides of the family coming in from out of state. The house was the perfect set up for us. There were plenty of rooms and was mostly well equipped other than a few minor things like no measuring cups. The beds were all made and there were towels for everyone, but we had to hunt down wash cloths as they were not any in the rooms. Some of the beds only had a cover on them and no sheet. We did find the sheets though. We enjoyed our stay for the most part, but I would not recommend due to the gated entrance being a significant problem. It was like Fort Knox trying to get in. The traffic waiting to get in was horrendous. My son tried to come pick up an item for the wedding and they would not let him in. He and his girlfriend who’s name was on my list had to be put out on the side walk so the wedding items could be picked up. If you are planning to be gone to Disney all day I could see where it may be a good place to stay. However, I would not recommend staying in any home in this neighborhood if you are needing to go in and out frequently. It was a nightmare!!

Our Stay in Windsor Island Dream

We had a great stay in Windsor Island Dream. We had plenty of space for our Group, and had a fun time. It was set up nicely and met our needs. The location was great. I would recommend this house to anyone.

My son wedding.

We had an amazing stay. The house had everything we needed. The gated community was perfect. The only thing we needed would have been more bath towels. I would most definitely stay there again.
