Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great house/ close to Disney!

We had a great time staying! House was clean, kitchen could use an update but that's just cosmetic. Property manager was super responsive! We had an issue with the air upon arrival and they had a tech out in less than an hour to fix it! We were so thankful!We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!Shults family

Great location, comfortable and inviting house for older children and adults

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and dishes etc. Be prepared to purchase dish soaps, garbage bags and some other basics if you are staying there longer. We had two toddlers and it was nice for them to have space however there is a lot of glass decorations and tables so I may not stay here again until my children are older. The customer service was great as I was able to always get ahold of the property company. We really enjoyed the pool and waterslide that was at the clubhouse in the gated community. The private pool and hot tub were nice as well. I am assuming this is a Florida thing but there were a few ants here and there but other than that the house was very clean and inviting. There were plenty of TV's, books, games etc. that were great for the older children. There was a children's booster seat and an umbrella stroller which was helpful as well. Overall this was a great comfortable and inviting house for older children and adults in a great location.

Family Vacation for 11

The house was a great size for all of us, however, it needs some TLC. Their was stains on the bedroom carpeting (all bedrooms), the cooking utensils need to be of better quality, the door to the pool our 8 year old couldn't open because it would stick, and the pool needed to be cleaned. There were other little things that if whomever would spend a little time and fix it would be great again. Messaged Global several times and they always got back to me. Maybe no one ever told them? I'm a business owner also, and if no one tells me, how do I know there's a problem? They need to figure out how to figure that out then.

Lovely place to stay

The house was really nice it was clean the only thing was the pool it had some mold and the dryer didnt work at all the rest of the house was really nice.we overstayed 20 more after 10 am and whom ever is uncharged called the cops on us .we were out of the property we were just in the drive way getting kids ready to leave.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for us: lots of space, super clean and very responsive when we had questions. We definitely recommend this house and the Windsor Hills resort.

Perfect Disney location

Me, wife and teen daughter chose this as a off park haven for our Disney trip. It was perfect. The house is just as advertised and Aileen couldn’t have been a better contact person. Had 2 minor issues when we arrived and she was willing to send someone out at 9:00pm to resolve but they were minor so I requested it wait till AM as we were tired from travel. Issues were promptly resolved while we were at park the next day. Pool was a great feature and the spa got hotter than I anticipated (our nights were in the low 60s) and was a great spot to relax after walking and standing all day. This house is around 10-15min drive to all the parks and has all the amenities you want within 5 min (food, Walmart, Target, CVS, etc). Would not think twice about renting this house again. It was perfect.
