Response to reports on conditions found in the house, for example we reported a TV not working and a bsthroom door not locking and did never during our stay these report was taken care of, besides from that it was very nice and relaxing

Property was comfortable, it’s a home away from home, which is what we were looking for. We had trouble checking in due to our room not being available but the staff fixed that issue right away and the rest of the trip went smoothly. Pool was nice for the kids too. I would highly recommend this place for a long stay. It’s also near gas stations and stores such as target and Walmart if you need to make quick stops to buy anything.

This reservation ruined our entire trip. As a frequent traveler to the area, I decided to try something new by staying here. Big mistake. Buyer beware. As a Floridian I am aware of what expected accommodations should be for this area. Never again.
