All 9 of us had 23 wonderful nights in this villa. Perfect location for Disney and Universal. Great communication with owner when we had an issue which was resolved promptly. Lovely quiet area, we didn’t hear any noise through the day or evening from any neighbouring properties. Kids enjoyed the games room and pool.

One level home. Garden tub in main suite. 2 themed room with shared bathroom. Good sized pool with optional heating. Dishwasher, Keurig and plenty of cooking supplies. Game room. TVs everywhere. Corner lot, low traffic, and park across the street. Very nice, will definitely rebook.

Yearly family vacation

The property was nice. The couch had staining and some wallpaper had been tore on a kitchen wall. There were things that were dated and needed replaced but overall was a good stay for the minimal time we spent in the house. The pool made the trip for the kids.

Good deal and close to Disney

We needed a last minute home and this home took care of our needs. About 15 mins from Disney parks, close to stores and restaurants. Very convenient.

My family and I stayed a week. It was a great house. My kids loved the heated pool. When I contacted the proper manager the response was immediate. Wonderful rental! I would definitely recommend. recommend.

Very nice accommodations

Location was perfect for a Disney vacation without the high price of staying on property. And it is across the street from a park - and added bonus for us with a toddler. House was furnished well with linens and dishes so we didn't have to wash towels and dishes daily. The house is worn though with some wallpaper missing and many marks on the walls, ceiling, and floors. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great Family Home

Property was perfect for our multi-generational trip to Disney. Location was convenient to the Disney parks. Kids loved the pool, game room and close neighborhood park. Property was clean and everything was in working condition.

Great rental

Great location, wonderful for family or couples. The pool was wonderful You gotta make sure that if you pay to get it heated, you get it heated Layout is set out wonderful three master bedrooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom for the kids with twin beds wonderful. Great to get off by yourself if you want to in your own rooms Beautiful home close by everything and anything

The best place to stay for a Disney vacation!

We had an amazing stay at the house! It was clean and well kept. I loved the fact that they had several items for a baby (pack n play, high chair, small stroller). The whole house was exactly what we needed and the location was amazing. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Disney World!

Beautiful Get-A-Way Home

Beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Very spacious and within minutes of grocery stores, walmart, and other stores yet located minutes away from the hub bub of the traffic. Loved that is was located so close to the Disney Parks.

The location was very convenient. The owner/property manager was very responsive and communicated quickly with any questions. The property needs some updating but overall we were very pleased.

The house was lovely. Unfortunately it lack the quality I expected. The mattresses in each room were in horrible condition which left most of the guest complaining. The bed linen been very cheap and left the guests feeling chaffed from the poor quality. The kitchen cookware and utensils needs to be updated. The knives were very dull. The kitchen lacked the benefits of a can opener that works. Although there was an ironing board - there was no iron. And there wasn't ample soap products for the number of guests staying. There was no additional toilet paper in the bathrooms. I had to spend so much money the make my guests comfortable which included comfortable bed linen, kitchenware, bathing and hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper and many other items. I would have given this place a 2.5 star but it wasn't available.

It was a very quiet neighborhood, the house had a few things that didn't work but nothing big. The house was spacious. We didn't pay to have the pool heated but would recommend to pay the fee, it was way to cold to use. It was a good place to stay.

Great House Great Time

This was our second stay here. So glad we came back. Really nice house. Extremely clean and well laid out. Everyone had their own separate area and bathroom with a large area to congregate. Quick ride to Disney as well as a ton of restaurants and stores. We will be back.
