Wonderful rental

Very clean, modern & spacious condo in a great location that is close to Disney Theme Parks.

1st time using VRBO & was very pleased. Lin was excellent to work with & was available to answer any questions I had. The place was in a great location, very clean and had great amenities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful, spacious, convenient location

This property was clean, and much more spacious than we expected. It was conveniently located to theme parks & Camping World Stadium, safely gated and surrounded with places to eat. We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool and other amenities but they were very well kept & inviting! We will definitely consider this location & unit for future Orlando visits.

Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time at Your vista Cay! Lin was an excellent host and answered all of our questions very promptly. The condo was great and had all the amenities we needed. The drive to universal was quick (about 5 miles) and traffic was no issue. Thank you again!

Beautiful place and location in Orlando

Everything was just as described in the listing. We had tickets to Universal Studios but my family could not wait to get back to Vista Cay to head to the clubhouse for swimming and cocktails! We had a great time. Thank you!!

Super convenient location with great owners

We were only 20 minutes from Disney and it was super nice to have a grocery store across the street. We enjoyed the pool and the path around the lake. We had one very minor problem (Wi-Fi wasn’t working due to Time Warner) and the owner was at the door within a few minutes to resolve.

More than PERFECT!

The place is awesome, exactly as the pictures in the site! Very spacious with all the items you need to spend a pleasant stay. We arrived for our vacations the day before Hurricane IRMA touchdown, Lin was in touch all the time, taking care of any special need we had. Definirely if I go back I will stay here. Fantastic end unit

This Vista Cay condo is absolutely wonderful. A gated community and very close to the clubhouse, pool and walkway. Extremely well cared for in all ways that count! Brand new furniture, mattresses, appliances and very tastefully decorated with high end appointments. It's oblivious to the eye that there is pride in ownership. The owner is very accommodating and attentive. The location is convenient to all area attractions. Grocery is right next door. The owners have left a guide for renters that is very helpful! We can't wait to come back!!!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Overall, great stay! The condo is nicely furnished, well maintained, spacious and conveniently located. It was comfortable for my family of 6 to stay more than a week. The amenities are great too including the pool and fitness center. It was also easy to access the condo when we first arrived and parking was convenient and close to the condo. We did encounter a couple of challenges...found a black snake in the closet. We fortunately got prompt attention to handle the wildlife matter. One of the double beds was a bit lumpy and it got uncomfortable sleeping on it for more than a week. Overall, our family enjoyed staying at the condo!

Very nice unit!

Very nice unit. #103. Very spacious. Unit was spotless and the fridge was cold! Minor issue that Lin and Geoff rectified immediately. They literally "bent over backward" in order to help remedy a minor situation and I could not have been more impressed! I will definitely rent from them again. 5-star service all the way around. Thank you, Lin!!!

Comfortable Stay

I brought down 2.. 17 year old boys and my 14 year old son for a quick spring break. The condo was very spacious, more so than pictures reveal. We spent the days at Disney and Braves Spring Training, coming back to the condo was a great comfortable relaxing oasis after such long days. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Amenities are very nice, pool and fitness area. Publix is next door and convenient for picking up everything. The house is immaculate, new, and extremely well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the Master tub after such a long day, the soak was nice. Only critique I can possibly think of is just a couple of more towels.... boys go through a lot :)

Beautiful location but horrible experience due to second floor tenants second

The place was clean and nice and host was very nice. Unfortunately this is located on first floor and the tenants above us made this into such a horrible experience. It seems as if management was unable to do anything about it- they ran and bounced a basketball out last four days there until 2:30am. Which didn’t allow us to get any rest or sleep. But aside from that the location was convenient just wished management could have done more about the tenants that were staying upstairs.

It's so shiny!!

The condo had recently been refurbished and you could definitely tell, everything looked brand new. The beds were so comfortable and the shiny wooden floors meant no worries about spills. It was such a pleasure to have the use of a well equipped kitchen for those lazy days we chose to stay around the resort. I loved the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with enough room for both my daughter in law and I to be in the kitchen at the same time. It was an end unit so lots of space for all of us to hang out - the living space is huge but having a 2nd den area for the computer meant web surfing for restaurant bookings/coupons didn't impact on the rest of the family's viewing This was our first time in a ground floor unit - we never realised it would make such a difference when returning from theme parks or bringing in groceries from the supermarket - bonus! Lin, the property manager was very quick to respond to any enquiries. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again - in fact we're already looking to come back.

Exceptional !!

From the moment I contacted Lin via telephone and subsequently by e-mail, she was very helpful and courteous with all my questions and specific requests. The description of the apartment was precise. The amenities and layout was just as described. In fact, it was much nicer in reality than in pictures. The cleanliness was outstanding. There was no disturbance from any other apartment. The surroundings are also very well maintained. The highlight of my stay was hurricane Irma. Lin's husband and son came to remove all furniture from the patio as a precaution. They provided us with detailed written instructions in preparation for the hurricane. Lin herself visited in the rain to ensure that we were okay, She offered us water, batteries and other stuff that we needed. She and her family ensured that we felt safe and comfortable. There is no doubt that I will be again be staying at Vista Cay Resort at any one of the properties managed by Lin !!!

Location and Convenience!

First of all, working with Lin was the best part of this rental. All questions answered in a timely manner and transactions went very smoothly. The condo is a perfect basecamp for any family wanting to visit the greater Orlando area. We found the drive to Sea World, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove to be super easy, about 5- 10 minutes. I imagine that getting to Universal would be just as easy. We took a trip to Busch Gardens Tampa and that drive was good as well. The condo itself was perfect for my family of five, lots of room, beds were comfy, wireless worked great, and having laundry was awesome. Being right next door to Publix was great to get groceries and we enjoyed the NYPD pizza as well. We also went to Pointe Orlando for dinner a few nights at Marlow Taverne and Copper Canyon Grille, and again only a 5 minute ride. Kids enjoyed pool, little toads, frogs, and lizards, even spotted an alligator in the lake at night! The corner unit is situated one building from the pool. However, remember that this is a first floor unit and you'll have "neighbors" above you, ours were partying very late at night but this didn't distract from the overall experience at Vista Cay. Would certainly rent here again!

Best Option in Orlando -- Lin's team will surprise you at how responsive they are!

Lin (and her husband) and the Vista Kay team were FABULOUS to work with. I cannot say enough about their service, professionalism and room quality. I met Lin this April, when I rented 11 separate condos with the Vista Kay team for 32 employees we brought to a work conference at the Orlando Convention Center. From beginning to end, we could not have had a better experience. Lynn sent us a series of options of her favorite condos – making better recommendations than we ever would have. Once we made our selections, she sent us updates and excel sheets to track the check-in dates, and bent over backwards to support us, including sending emails to each condo with local information and check-in details, and even letting me pre-ship material to her office. Then, on the day of check in she was there to personally ensure everyone got into their condos. Lin and the whole Vista Kay experience was truly five-star - organized, professional and responsive. Our team included pretty senior sales people and executives, all of whom are pretty demanding (or needy) – all of whom had terrific things to say about the Vista Kay service. The condos themselves were immaculate. The furniture and appliances were modern, the beds were plush, and entire place was so clean you could eat off the floor. I only saw the pool and the walking paths from a distance, but a few people went in, and found them very relaxing. (And, finally, when some of the team inevitably left their keys or phone chargers in the condo, Lynn mailed them back to the team herself.) If you are heading to an event at the Conference Center – or just visiting Orlando in general, Vista Kay is probably the best option you can come up with. We looked around a lot, and chose Vista Kay for the overall look and feel of the place, all of which made sense. We will return to Vista Kay when the conference does for a different reason – Lin and her team exceeded our expectations at every turn, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Overall, great but couple things for improvement…

In general, this complex is super duper; great location and amenities. Condo was exactly like photos, clean, perfect amount of space for everyone. Will definitely use again if we’re back in the area! The only negatives were that the HVAC system didn’t really seem to be working. Not a big deal since the majority of the time the outside temperature was manageable. Towards the end of our trip, temps were creeping into the mid-90s so the interior of the condo was noticeably warmer with no respite from air conditioning. The garbage disposal didn’t really work unless you fiddled with the switch. No can opener, which we worked around by borrowing from friends staying in the same complex. Thank you for a great trip to Orlando!

Family Vacation

Love this property! Perfect location for all the theme parks, restaurants, shopping, and access to highways. The family enjoyed the resort style pool, splash pad & tiki bar, Adam (bartender) makes the best pina coladas too! We were a family of 6 adults & 2 children, and we had lots of space in the condo. Easy check in and out…it was a sad time when we had to leave. Highly recommend this property. Thank you for making our family vacation special.

Spacious Clean condo close to attractions

We had a great stay, the condo perfectly met our needs for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. It was clean and huge! It’s first floor location made it easily accessible. The large community pool was great. About 20 minute drive to Disney parks. Great place to come home to at the end of a long day at the parks.

Family weekend trip

Very clean- close to everything- would recommend placing den TV on wall in order for small children from touching. Also sliding shower door in smaller bathroom came off track twice but was able to get back on with assistance. Overall we had an excellent vacation
