Location , Location , Location !!! the unit is located in front of new park Epic Universe.

Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Both full bathrooms are supplied with towels and a hair dryer. Additional amenities includes washer and dryer inside the unit , iron, and ironing board.

The condo also has central heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy the outdoors on the open veranda, which is furnished with chairs and a table.

An extremely convenient place to stay while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. The apartment had everything we needed! The sheets had a few stains but everything else was clean and the support staff was incredibly responsive. It was a great experience for our group!

Super nice condo unit. Very close to the new Epic Universe and about 10 minutes from the main parts of Universal. Grocery store and shops nearby. Great breakfast/lunch place called The Diner also in the shopping center with the grocery store. Very clean and neat. Would stay here again anytime. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible as well.

Affordable stay

Large and spacious with 2 baths and three bedroooms. Good location. Great microbrewery a few hundred feet away along with great informal breakfast shop. Very reasonable rates.

Great location, great place for families

We really enjoyed our stay! We were close to the pool, everything was clean, and it exceeded expectations. There were box fans for the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to the convention center.

Our family stayed at this home while visiting Universal. The location to the park, and other restaurants and amenities was excellent! Lots of great restaurants to walk to! Check-in was easy, and overall a great stay!

Perfect Universal Orlando Stay

Everything was great, it was a perfect situation for 4 adults and 2 kids on a business/personal trip. The only issue we faced during our stay was a loud dryer, but it still worked. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a theme park visit!

We came for 3 days to celebrate our son’s 8th birthday. The place is close to universal with many restaurants and shops nearby for convenience. Love that it’s in a gated community. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great location

This place is only a few minutes from Universal and only 10 mins from Disney. Can walk to Publix and some restaurants and Walgreens. Pool is nice and even has bar.
