Located just across the street from the highly anticipated UNIVERSAL EPIC UNIVERSE (15-min walk or 5-min drive) opening Memorial Day weekend (May 22, 2025), our spacious 3BR condo is the perfect home base for your Orlando adventure!

Our condo is also close to all major theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and shopping outlets. The Convention Center is just 5 min away, making this condo ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

Our beautiful and spacious condo will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

We had a great time visiting Disney and the surrounding area.

Nice quiet stay in a great location. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed, but otherwise everything was nice.

Nice condo in fabulous resort

This condo is very nice in a quiet location in the resort. It’s ideally placed for access to all parks and shopping outlets.There is a Publix supermarket and a few fast food outlets next door. Value for money was excellent.

My husband, daughter and myself met for a quick trip to Orlando. Close to the airport, close to Epcot and a great pool area! The condo was very comfortable and pretty! Loved our stay!

Beautiful vacation spot.

Close to everything, but still peaceful and secluded feeling. Was a wonderful honeymoon spot. Had everything we needed. We even left stuff behind on accident and the owner was absolutely wonderful and sent us our stuff! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for nearby parks and conference center

This was a great apartment for a small group in town for a conference. The size of the apartment was much larger than expected. We also were close enough to Universal to be able to make a trip to the park in the evening. The place is very cute and clean with ample parking available. Definitely would recommend for a trip to Orlando!

Perfect Family Spot

This location was 15 min from Universal, which was why we were staying in the area. It felt like a hidden gem! When booking with young kids I always think about will they be too noisy. This place had a big enough pool, that many other kids and families were enjoying (there was even a little 1 foot deep pool for the littles). They had a little arcade and the location was really taken care of on the inside and outside. I would absolutely stay again!

Great property

This property had close access to the convention center, restaurants, stores and parks. It was quiet and relaxing. The AC, Washer and dryer worked great. It was easy to get in and out of the property. The host was available with any questions we had. This property was perfect for our work stay. The pool was clean, enjoyable and even had a bar. It would have been nice if there was a small vacuum on the property for quick clean ups.

Great little condo

Overall a great place. Good location on property with a quick walk to the pool, and close to an entrance. The Host was amazing! Always quick to reply and VERY accommodating. My only “complaint” is that the air conditioning always auto adjusts back to 76°, and there are no ceiling fans, if you’re hot natured and it’s 90°+ outside this can be tough. Again, great place would stay again.

Apartment with spacious clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was supplied with plenty of utensils pots pants etc. has a nice size patio. The only downfall is the beds they are super soft where you completely sink into them. One of the twin beds in the spare bedroom was absolutely unsleepable. Seems like if you said on it you'd almost said to be sitting on the floor. Other than the beds this place was great.

We stayed as a family in this condo for Spring Break since my daughter's high school softball team played in the area. There were some issues with the unit which were communicated to the owner. The owner responded and said they's take note of the feedback. The complex was decent and the pool area was great. The condo itself could definitely be updated and hopefully some of the issues regarding cleanliness and issues with the freezer are addressed.

Great Location and Host

This Villa offers plenty of room, amenities and a great central location in the Orlando area. Situated on Universal Blvd, Vista Cay is a gated and beautifully landscaped resort. We enjoyed the spaciousness of this two bedroom unit which also includes living and dining areas and a full kitchen. Universal Orlando resort is just minutes away the new Universal park, Epic Universe will be quite literally, across the street when completed. All of the attractions of I-Drive are just around the corner and the Disney parks are a short 10-15 minutes up I4. The host was great, checking in with us after check in to ensure everything was well with the villa. We absolutely will stay here again the next time we are in the city beautiful.

Tatiana, the property manager was so responsive. The directions were very clear, I never had to worry about check in. Cute, clean complex, so conveniently located near shingle creek, universal studios UCF Rosen. Publix and Walgreens are steps away. The unit itself was conveniently located near the elevator and stairs. The space was clean and well appointed. Rooms were nice size with good light and a convenient kitchen. Plenty of hot water for the perfect shower to start or end your day. Full sized fridge for your leftovers.

Nice central location

The only problems we had were that the air conditioner was not working when we got there and it took until the afternoon the next day to get it fixed. Also we did not have a pool key but we were able to get one after we were told to get one at the club house. It would be helpful to have a map of the property in the condo because we had a hard time finding where the club house was. Pool was nice and had lots of seating.

Very nice experience

Received the information needed to get into the gated community and into the room early in our arrival week. Owner reached out to find out how we were doing and if we had any concerns or questions. Loved how accessible the property was to Universal Studios, Interstates, and shopping. My son loved the pool and was so excited at how late it closed. Everyone had a wonderful time!!! Multiple times throughout our week it was mentioned what a great suite and location it was!!! Thank you so much!!! (we hope to stay here again)

Vista Cay

The property is very convenient to Disney, Universal and you can see Sea World from the walking path. It was a bit cold this week for the pool but we did walk over to the other pool. It was a little confusing where the other pool was located and the exercise room. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as they seem older you get sucked into the master bed and one of the beds in the other room the frame looked off. The floors could of been cleaner as my daughters socks were black so good thing she had socks and slippers. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook which was nice as we made all our dinners and breakfast there. The air sermed to never shut off even when we set to 75. Overall the stay was nice! Thank you.

The location is perfect and the neighborhood is beautiful. It is close to theme parks as advertised. There are lots of nice restaurants near. However the unit wasn’t cleaned well. There was hair on the floor and stuck in towels. There was a sticky substance on the floor in front of the refrigerator. Also there was lots of banging all night long.
