The Space:

Sunlight spills through wide windows as palm‑lined streets set a relaxed pace for your group‑friendly retreat near Orlando’s top attractions. Mornings begin with coffee shared on the patio or a quick dip in the private pool, while evenings invite everyone back under the Florida sky for laughter and togetherness. The villa’s open layout lets you unwind after busy park days and reconnect in spacious comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa offers nine bedrooms and six full bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests with a total of 13 beds. Two bedrooms and two baths sit on the main floor for easy access, while the upper level provides seven additional bedrooms and four baths, giving privacy for larger groups.



Living spaces

The main living area features generous seating that flows naturally into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows frame the outdoors, and climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps the home comfortable year‑round. A smart lock and free parking add convenience for arrivals and departures.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is ready for home‑cooked meals, with all essentials close at hand. The adjacent dining area comfortably hosts shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners, and a washer/dryer is available for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step through the back door to a private pool with optional heating, perfect for a midday splash or a calm evening swim. The patio includes a grill and ample seating for outdoor meals, while the surrounding garden offers space to unwind after a day at the parks.



Resort amenities

As a guest of Windsor at Westside, you enjoy shared resort amenities at no extra cost. Dive into the large resort‑style pool, lazy river, splash pool, water slides, and hot tub, or stay active in the fitness center and gym. The clubhouse features arcade games, a bar and lounge, while sports courts, picnic areas, and BBQ spaces provide additional options for fun and relaxation—all within walking distance of the home.



Location

Set off State Road 192 and US 27 near I‑4, the villa places you within easy reach of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Disney World is about 20–25 minutes away, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive further. The gated community offers a secure, family‑friendly environment while keeping the excitement of Kissimmee’s iconic attractions close at hand.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
