    This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will be yours to enjoy with a private master bedroom and private master bath, two additional bedrooms, second full bath, a well appointed kitchen with granite countertops, and living and dining area. A total of 1250 square feet of space. Beautiful screened-in balcony overlooking conservation land. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Cable and WiFi included. Living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans and full curtains. Private no-cost laundry facilities inside the unit . Brand new tile flooring and updated kitchen and bathrooms make this an ideal place for your vacation - whether you are staying in and enjoying the resort, or going to the parks and coming back to relax.

    Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and full use of all of the amenities of the resort.

    We do not charge extra for up to 8 guests and there are no hidden or additional fees beyond what you see quoted.

    We employ self check-in. You will be able to check into the unit at any time after 3pm on your day of arrival. Contact us for special instructions if you are checking in after 11pm.

    If you have any problems or concerns during your stay, we are available by phone or text as well as instant message and will get back to you asap.

We would stay here again. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was great. This location is very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and so close to I-4 which gets you to the theme parks. No complaints from our family!

We were so thrilled with this property! Everything was so clean and tidy, and the beds were so comfortable! Steve, our host, was so responsive and got back to me within minutes if I had a question. Best Condo Experience

Everything about this stay was great. Condo is spacious and beautiful. Great location because it is close to nice restaurants and grocery and only took about 20 minutes to get to Universal. Amazing attention to detail and awesome communication. I love the resort-like feel and wished we would have booked a longer stay Highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay very spacious and loved the Disney decor. They provided everything we needed for toiletries, laundry pods and coffee. It was close to a Publix’s and several great restaurants. It’s a short ride to Disney and all attractions. We enjoyed some time at the pool. They are very accommodating and prompt answering any questions. We even left a couple items and they contacted us to ship them back to us. We are so grateful for that. I definitely recommend staying here.

Family vacation

As a large family with 5 kids (ages 14 to 1) we look for a place that will meet all the needs. The kids liked that there was a pool. We liked that there was a pac n play, that means we didnt have to pack one and take up car space. I like the house was decorated (looked beautiful) but was little kid (little kid hands) friendly. Only downfall was the beds were a little high for us (we worried about our younger kids falling out), however this wont keep up from using you again. Definitely recommend.

Great owner and property manager but…

When we had issues, we really appreciated the stellar communication with the owner and the property manager. Our issues were with the partying neighbors - they were so loud that our entire family was kept awake for two nights. It was not the fault of the owner or the property manager - but the floors and walls are not sound proof at all. The positives are resort location and layout of the condo. The washer and dryer were great too.

Everything as advertised.

This property was as advertised and more. The condo is clean, very well stocked with kitchen amenities, towels and bathroom supplies. The linens were clean and in excellent condition. The beds are comfortable. The screened porch is private and clean with comfortable furniture. The pool is only a short walk away. Try a Miami Vice frozen drink at the pool bar, it will not disappoint. The town of Champions Gate has very good restaurants and is only a short walk away. We tried Four Corners and had a great meal. Breakfast at First Watch was also very good. Steve, the host, responded quickly to all inquiries and was always accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return to this condo next time we are in Orlando. Thank you Steve!!

Solid, economical option with one concern

We did the parks, so we only spent the mornings and evenings in the condo and it worked well for that. Bedding is good and there are plenty of towels, blankets, and a stocked kitchen, modern tvs, etc. I will say it was not the cleanest rental I've been in, but I do have high standards and I'm sure it depends a little on who cleans it each time. The main issue we had was there definitely was the smell of smoke and possibly weed when we walked in. The host insisted that was not normal and it must be seeping in from another unit. Despite airing it out as best we could, the smoke smell never fully vanished. No one else has mentioned it in reviews, so hopefully that was a temporary thing related to our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. We utilized the pool/hot area. Saw fireworks very close by on July 4th. It’s not right by the parks but close enough we went to Aquatica, Disney Springs and CityWalk. We would stay again!
