The kitchen is stocked with the latest appliances for your use throughout your stay, and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. The home also features a private swimming pool with a spa in the backyard.

Other details to note:
Pool Heat cost: $20/day. It must be requested up to 48 hours before check-in, or we might not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for a minimum of 3 days.

BBQ Grill rental is $50. If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to trade is typically @$30.
We also offer full service for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty.
It needs to be requested 48 hours before check-in.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $20 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.
