Wonderful time at a very nice resort.

This resort is awesome and everybody is very nice. We had an issue with the closet door and they were right there to fix it. It is definitely a resort that I will stay at again. I think the lazy river was everyone’s top choice in my group.

Excellent Property That Exceeded Expectations

We took our family of six to Disney World and chose to save some money staying off site. We cannot recommend this property or the owners highly enough. It was well-maintained, clean and held a lot amenities including an awesome lazy river and pool area. The owners even stood in line for our registration and card keys and provided us with a gift bag. We will stay there again and appreciated the owners' hospitality greatly!

Great Location!

Completely satisfied with the stay and the amenities. Nancy & Jerry maintained great communication and response. The location is family friendly! If you have kids the lazy river, pool, arcade, shops, restaurants and shuttle service. Adults can enjoy their pina coladas while kids are at the pool. Universal Studios is about 30 minutes pending traffic. Publix is about 8 min away. Walgreens located right across the resort.

Wonderful Villa - Busy Lazy River

We really enjoyed our stay at Orange Lake. However, we rented a villa and when we checked in we had to argue with the front desk to get the independent villa we had booked. Front desk insisted that staying in a condo unit on the third floor of a large building was exactly the same as staying in a detached villa and we didn't appreciate having to argue and argue to get what we had paid for. Also, you have to go to a separate counter to get your parking pass - here they try to sucker you into attending a time-share sales presentation in exchange for reduced tube rentals, meal credits etc. - do not fall for it. You are better to buy the wrist bands, pay full price for on site restaurants etc. than to sit through presentation and be pressured into spending thousands of dollars on a time share. Lazy River is great, but it was really crowded and not well chlorinated.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained.

I would definitely recommend staying at the resort. There were lots of things to do for the kids (pool, basketball, mini golf, etc.). The villa was in great shape, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. It is a cashless resort so be sure to bring a debt or credit card.

Great, spacious condo!

My husband & I brought 3 teens to Orlando for spring break. The condo is a corner unit, more than spacious enough and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean- the carpet was even cleaned the day we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked, though I would recommend a non stick frypan. Furniture was in really good shape & comfy, including the beds. The cabinetry is getting a little worn looking on the inside- the finish is peeling which gives it a dirty look even though it's clean. The screened in balcony was great & the pond view was lovely. We've been to Orange Lake Resort before so we knew what to expect. This condo is close to River Island but still need to drive or take the shuttle if you're lugging items to a day at the pool. Overall, great condo at a great resort. We also loved the VIP treatment with 10% off everything on the resort! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
