📦📫 Mail/Packages - we do not accept mail or packages. we are not responsible for any misplaced or lost packages. it`s recommended to mail to local post office or amazon locker if needed.

📅 - For stays longer than 10 days we offer complimentary tidy clean service (required).

🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers/company will access front and back yard to cut grass and monthly for pest control service.

📵 Do not tamper with security devices, cameras, fire or carbon monoxide sensors/alarms.

Running business activity like Massage services, salon or any other kind of business services traffic at the property is strictly prohibited and can/will result in non refundable cancelation of your reservation
