Safe, brand new neighborhood with security guards. The house is close to lots of tourist destinations like Disney World and Universal Studios.

We kindly request our guests to maintain the cleanliness of our home during their stay. Please treat our space with care and respect. To ensure a peaceful environment, we have a strict no-party policy. Any damages identified in the house after your checkout will be the responsibility of the guests and may incur additional charges for the incurred damages. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and well-cared-for space. Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.

The BBQ is available upon request for $65, and the heated pool as well for $25 per night. Please mention the request upon booking!
