Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to 10 guests, the home features four bedrooms and a layout suited to families and groups. Two master suites each offer a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV for added privacy. Another bedroom provides a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed room includes two single beds and a TV. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area adds extra flexibility.

Living, work, and play
Connected living and family rooms open toward the pool area, creating an easy flow for relaxing between park visits. Smart TVs, fast WiFi, and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door support downtime or remote work. Entertainment extends to the game room, where you will find arcade games, a pool table, ping pong, board games, and life size games. The children's playroom and theme room add even more space for imaginative fun.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, complemented by a dining area ideal for shared breakfasts or relaxed evenings in. Breakfast is provided, giving you a simple start to your day before heading out to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, or the upcoming Universal EPIC park.
