Storey Lake Resort sits right off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, putting you just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World's main entrance and approximately 40 minutes from Universal's Epic Universe. SeaWorld and Universal Studios are also an easy drive via I-4. Walmart, Target, and Publix are just minutes away for groceries and supplies. For dining, US-192 has an enormous variety of options — from casual favorites like Miller's Ale House and Smokey Bones to local gems like El Cilantrillo for authentic Puerto Rican food. The Loop outdoor mall is about 5 miles away with shopping, dining, and a movie theater. For outlet shopping, the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are under 3 miles away, and Vineland Premium Outlets is about 10 minutes up FL-535. Downtown Kissimmee, with its farmers market, waterfront, and Old Town attractions, is about 5 miles east.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 20 miles away. Public transportation is limited in this area — a personal vehicle or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is strongly recommended.

- Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests.
- Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property or at community amenities.

- Events/Parties: Not permitted.
- Starter Supplies: Soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
- Housekeeping: No cleaning required before departure, but excessive messes will incur an additional charge.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM per Osceola County ordinance.
- Safety Equipment: The property is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detectors.
- Guest List: Full names of all guests required before arrival for gate and clubhouse access.

Pool & Safety Rules:
- There is no lifeguard on duty — pool use is entirely at guests' own risk.
- Diving, running, and horseplay around the pool area are strictly prohibited.
- Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by a competent adult swimmer.
- A child safety pool fence is provided.

Community Access & Parking Rules:
Storey Lake is a secure, gated community — all guests must be registered before arrival.
- Please ensure all guests are registered to avoid delays at the gate.
- No RVs, trailers, or campers are permitted on or near the property.
- Rideshare vehicles (Uber/Lyft) are welcome — the arriving guest must be on the registration list.
