Welcome to The Sunny Escape at The Fountains at ChampionsGate, a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome perfect for your Florida getaway. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six, and the cozy living room offers plush sofa seating and TV—ideal for relaxing after a day of fun. Sliding doors lead out to a private patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors.

This townhome sleeps up to six guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Located in the gated Fountains community, guests can also enjoy access to a private clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, hot tub, and fitness center. With a great layout, stylish furnishings, and top-notch amenities, The Sunny Escape is the perfect home base for your ChampionsGate adventure.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Stay was fine

The location is convenient. The pool was good and close to the house. The issues we had were the initial gate code was wrong, and we had to sit at the gate for 15 minutes at midnight trying to get it figured out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first full day. We had to stay at the house to wait for repair men to come fix it. The online pictures were a little deceiving. The sliding door blinds needed repair along with a few other things. Two of the bedrooms didn’t have TVs. We were given only 4 towels for a week’s stay.
Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2025
